Our research is focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms of how small RNA (sRNA) pathways regulate gene expression to influence fertility and animal development. We use C. elegans, a powerful model organism and champion of sRNA research, and we employ integrated molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, genomics, and microscopy-based approaches in our work.
