RNA Canada ARN Member, Trushar Patel, Awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal
We would like to congratulate Professor Trushar Patel, from the University of Lethbridge, who was awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal.
The Kings Charles III’s Coronation Medals are awarded for significant contributions to communities. Professor Trushar Patel was recognized for his research work aimed at understanding the communication events between viral nucleic acids and human proteins, raising awareness of RNA research and its role in addressing global challenges, bringing scientific and policy groups together, disseminating research within the local community, and for his contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
